The Story

Founded in 2009, My Rainy Day Girl was inspired by our first daughter, Rain. She came into this world in a whirlwind of excitement and now with two little daughters, I have a lot of chances to see the world through their eyes and I try to implement this into my designs.

Books and art are my passion so I weave stories, especially fairytales, into my artwork and characters. Many people have a favorite from childhood and may go back to it at times in life for entirely different reasons or needs. My goal is to bring the pleasant memories back to us as parents and introduce it to children in a contemporary and fun way.
